Key Roles and Responsibilities
Board of Directors
Consists of 6 individuals with diverse professional backgrounds that provides strategic Direction and oversite to the organization. The BOD also ensures compliance with regulations and technical standards.
Executive Management Team
The team consists of 5 team members of 3 men and 2 female, who also serve as the heads of departments. They implement the Board’s vision and policies. They also manage and oversees day to day operation of the organization.
